At BARO, we put an emphasis on the client experience, health, and happiness while also introducing new culture. We serve kiwi brunch and genuine Korean cuisine. Try one of our dishes for a memorable meal. Both affordable prices and delicious cuisine are assured.
In 2015, when we first opened our restaurant, it was an opportunity to learn not only about production and operation, but also how to improve wisely.
These 8 years have been enough time for us to improve our experience and planning skills. However, the voices we enjoyed during this period, the atmosphere that allowed us to blend in with the local community, will remain unforgettable memories.
Recently, the awareness of Korean food has been increasing at a faster pace than before. We also wanted to revive this and provide a properly blended Korean food that is both traditional and meets the demands of the current society. That’s why we opened “Baro”.
Baro means “correct” or “proper” in pure Korean. It is a name we chose to provide a service that consumers can feel like they have been provided with properly made food by taking care of every detail with sincerity.
In addition, after COVID in late 2019, customer interactions have changed a lot, and the importance of “environmentally friendly” has increased as conservation policies to prevent the depletion of the earth have been strengthened.
In addition to the awareness of healthy food, including the importance of allergies, has increased compared to the past. However, due to the economic recession that began in 2022, how these three factors should be applied to products was the main requirement for Baro to select products.
